How to save IM history in office communicator 2005 and 2007. Microsoft do not support conversation or chat history to be saved in these two versions. so to save the message history no official provision. Third party solutions plugin exists for this.

version 3.0 supports both 2005 and 2007. it store the history in my-document folder. Chat history is categories by organisation email-id, a folder is created for each contact you chat, then in that folder, a text file with chat is created on date basis. i used it, its nice. but is store repeated information. but it fulfill the requirement, when you do not want to miss any link or special message.
after install is stay in system tray, just move a shortcut in the start-up folder, so that this program automatically start on window loads. Right click on the tray icon to go to the location for message retrieval. There is also source code, in c#.net language, for you, if you have developer mind.

Schedule/send mail on specific date time in Outlook.
if you want to send some mail on a specific date or time. Outlook has built in option. with that you can schedule your mail delivery on a day, Birthday, anniversary, any reminder can be sent on specific time.
Below is screen shot of this feature. You just need to create new message , then file->view->options. a dialogue box will appear. On that box there is option “do not deliver before”.
Just select your date and time on which you want to deliver your mail. Mail will leave your box on that date. But your outlook must be open because the mail stay in your outbox till delivery date.

- Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

when you set “Show current music track” from your gtalk. you want the status as playing song on your computer.

press alt+T
Select tools->plugin->options
now in category section(on left) select the background.

setup file. choose “run as administrator”. if you are not admin it will ask for admin password. Run it. it will
automatically install the plugin. open the WMP and now check according the above steps. it will resolve the issue.

here you can select you choice,
Import mail: select it if you want to import mail.
leave a copy: select if you dont want to delete the mail on after import
archive: they will not be displayed in main inbox, rather in archive
Add label: must select this, as it will make you easy to find your mail.
click on start import button, gmail will start importing, but it may take some time before mail start appearing in your inbox or achieve box. so RIP , rest of web mail services.
so you import from various popular account, hotmail, yahoo, aol, rediffmail.
Note: this service is not for people who got gmail account from Google Apps customers account. they have different way to do that.
