Microsoft outlook client is very popular email client. But searching mails in outlook is very painful and if you want to search for a attachment you will struck you head in the wall. But don’t worry Xobni(reverse of INBOX) is here.

As on top of screen shot you can put any string and xobni will search all the mails very quickly.Even you can browse the contact information from various social networking sites and skype.
Suppose you need to search a attachement from a particular contact. In normal search it is really difficult. using Xobni you just need to select the contact all the attachment till date from that particular contact will be displayed in the lower section of the xobni window. you can watch it , save it and using that attachment directly open the original mail.
Schedule/send mail on specific date time in Outlook.
if you want to send some mail on a specific date or time. Outlook has built in option. with that you can schedule your mail delivery on a day, Birthday, anniversary, any reminder can be sent on specific time.
Below is screen shot of this feature. You just need to create new message , then file->view->options. a dialogue box will appear. On that box there is option “do not deliver before”.
Just select your date and time on which you want to deliver your mail. Mail will leave your box on that date. But your outlook must be open because the mail stay in your outbox till delivery date.

Firefox is very innovative and advanced browser. Every body should try to use it atleast once. tab browsing, extension and speed are some of the factors. Its improving day by day.
Extension are very powerful feature.Means you can extend your browser to unlimited possibilities rather than using simply for the browsing. Today extension for every popular website or web service exists from Facebook, Gmail, twitter, meembo, ftp etc.

Gladder -> Gladder is very useful and powerful extension . it gives you option of 100s of proxies available in the world. you just have to add the site you want to proxy in the list of sites.
suppose you are in office want to browse some blocked content. just enter the url and press gladder button on status bar of FF. It will randomly fetch a proxy and pass it to that proxy and fetch the results. various site that are blocked like
gmail.com,
orkut.com,
hotmail
facebook
can be accessed with this beautiful extension.
just click on the gladder icon , a ladder will be appear on the same icon. it means now you are using the gladder. so every site added under the gladder will be open using a proxy.
some proxy might not work. no issue. you can right click the gladder and choose change proxy. a new proxy will be used to display the same page. even you can un-proxy the current page.

Gmarks: for sync with the google bookmarks across browser. xmarks or foxmarks also good but with this you need another accound. to see existing bookmarks you need to go on to the website. so very time consuming process. that’s why gmarks is good.
FireFTP : it is a free, secure, cross-platform FTP client for Mozilla Firefox which provides easy and intuitive access to FTP servers. you need not to install a separate ftp client on your machine. just add a extension of Fire Ftp in firefox and enjoy this fantastic extension. It has full functionality of a desktop ftp client.
FlashGot. suppose You were watching a video on youtube or dailymotion. it took around 25 min to stream the video on your computer. now you liked the video and want it in you disk collection. but it will again take 25 min to download on your computer.
don’t worry flashgot is here. when any video stream on the FireFox a streaming icon is displayed on your FireFox status just before the list of extension. after the completion of video streaming , just click on that. it will automatically download the streamed video to your disk without again going to the server. Above is also same for mp3 files.

1. Web Developer toolbar. Its very useful having very excellent feature required by a web developer. a must one for any web D.
2. Firebug. most admired extension in firefox history. It is very powerful extension. you can change full page withoug going on server and see the output. it saves hours of developer and designer’s time. Before it life was very difficult for finding any UI related issue.
Undo/recall sent emails with Gmail labs
Gmail is becoming useful day by day. With its Labs feature its enhancing it. you can find a lots of extension/add-ons in labs section.
but “Undo send” is very good extension, it lets you undo your sent mail, but not exactly recall as it do before going in to destination’s inbox.
How it works
When you send an email, you get a message confirming it has been sent, along with a link to “Undo.” you have only 5 seconds to press undo link. after that it will disappear and mail will left the server to destination.
but its very useful. it saved me from embarrassment many times.

click on following link or see green icon near “sign out” click on it or under settings you will see labs. it will show you various extensions. just click on enable radio button and save.
Update facebook status, photos using email
Sometimes you want to update your status, or upload some new photos to your facebook profile, unfortunately facebook is blocked in your office. but you can still update your pix and status.
via using “Upload via email” feature. you just have to send a email to a specific email-id. that email-id is unique to every user. following are the steps to get that email-id.
Login to Facebook.
Click on Mobile in Footer of page.
It will show all option with which you can update FB.
In middle you will see option “Upload via email”
and below it an email-id. Those email-id is your special email-id, just sent your update to that email-id it will posted to your fb profile.
Read following before using this feature.
- This is your personal email – don’t share it with anyone.
- The email subject will be used as the caption of your photo or video if your email contains photo or video.
- The email subject will be used as your updated status if your email contains no photo or video.
- Save your upload email as a contact for easy access.
- Photos and videos uploaded via email are visible to everyone by default. You can change this for any album from the site itself.

Unable to delete/move file/folder: Access is denied:Solution
We get this message when we try to delete or move a file or folder and some application or process or virus is using that file/folder or there is memory leak.
Sometime messages are different.
- Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
- can not delete file, there has been a sharing violation, source or destination may be in use.
unfortunately windows even windows 7 do not have any build in solution for this issue. Microsoft windows do not tell which application is using that particular file. so user is helpless how would he know about the app to close, user either need to restart the system or wait for release which is very painful solution.
But some tools are here for rescue.
Out of these Unlocker is the best tool i ever used. it always give fruitful results.
